What We Do

Having started my career with companies that build restaurants, banks, and convenience stores throughout the southeast, I really expected to do more of the same with Duke Development. We have built a few restaurants here and there but our core work has been renovating homes in the Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta area. For the past couple of years however, we are doing as many tear-downs and re-builds as remodeling projects.

A few years ago I moved my family to the Lake Oconee area to be near my mom and to provide a great environment for my kids to grow up. At first I commuted to our Atlanta office, then last year we opened an office in Lake Oconee area with the goals of reducing the commute time and developing our business in the area. So far we have completed five new homes and one large renovation around the Lake area which has excellent growth potential for us as an addition to our very stable core business in Atlanta.
