What We Do

Having started my career with companies that build restaurants, banks, and convenience stores throughout the southeast, I really expected to do more of the same with Duke Development. We have built a few restaurants and other commercial projects here and there but our core work has been renovating homes in the Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta area.

In 2000, I moved my family to the Lake Oconee area to be near my mom and to provide a great environment for my kids to grow up. At first I commuted to our Atlanta office but soon thereafter opened an office in Lake Oconee area with the goals of reducing the commute time and developing our business in the area. So far we have completed a multitude of new homes (including the 2009 Lake Oconee Home of the Year) and a number of large and small renovations around the Lake area. Expanding to the Lake Oconee area has been a blessing for us and has been a great addition to our very stable core business in Atlanta.
